Those Cypher Figures we missed in the Genesis collection.

There are many figures still fighting for privacy, truth, and freedom from oppression, as the cypherpunks did, combining technological expertise with activism. We will honour them in the series two (2) collection of Cypher Figures.

Series 2 Candidates

Rob Braxman

YouTube educator on the privacy travesties and methods to improve online privacy. He worked for Facebook at one time, which seemed to have converted him to a privacy advocate. He also builds technology to help with email privacy.

Naomi Brockwell

Naomi is a journalist, top privacy technology advocate and speaker on Bitcoin and privacy. She provides a platform for specialists in this field to raise their voices on privacy concerns, explain how surveillance works, and what we can do about it. When the cypherpunks were first active, social media had yet to take over the world; today, advocates like Naomi use social media like Youtube Twitter, and Instagram to get the message out. It is heartening to see advocates amplifying this vital message by successfully creating a community-supported media business. It is the way forward for our message.

Series 2 Blockchain

Stargaze

We will consider again using the Stargaze blockchain to launch series 2. Stargaze has great technology, though the adoption has dropped off a lot.

Zcash

Zcash, with its emphasis on the Cypher Punk ethos, would be a great choice for hosting this NFT collection, but, NFTs are not yet possible with Zcash.
